My experience at the hotel was incredibly disappointing. The rooms, despite being spacious, suffered from serious maintenance issues and cleanliness concerns. The location was frustratingly far from the center, and the dining options left much to be desired. I would strongly advise against staying here due to the poor service and overall quality.

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating. Right from the start, we were given the wrong type of room and faced a number of maintenance issues. While the staff eventually found us a new room, it still had a terrible smell and a leaking air conditioning unit. The location is quite difficult to navigate, and the amenities were lacking. Overall, I believe there are much better options available for your stay in Chiang Mai.
